Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from your financial institution. If your deposit does not appear in your Account balance within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You must only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds deposited from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and confiscation of funds.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name that matches the name on your verified g9999 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 15-30 minutes for amounts up to Rp 50,000,000. Withdrawals exceeding this amount may require up to 24 hours for additional security verification. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is approved.

If a game disconnects or a technical error occurs during play, your wagers and game state are preserved. Upon reconnecting, you can resume the game from where it was interrupted. If a game cannot be resumed due to a system error, all wagers will be refunded to your Account.
g9999 is not responsible for interruptions in service caused by your internet connection, device malfunction, or circumstances beyond our control.
All bets are subject to acceptance by g9999. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or errors in odds or game information. Bets are only valid once confirmed in your Account history.

g9999 is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or failure of third-party services.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Accounts with pending Wagering Requirements may not be closed until those requirements are met or forfeited.
g9999 reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or other misconduct. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
We reserve the right to close or permanently ban your Account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
If your Account is closed for violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from re-registering on the g9999 platform.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. g9999 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on inactive Accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations. References to Indonesian law (such as the 21+ age requirement and local banking regulations) apply where relevant to protect Indonesian residents.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of g9999 services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt resolution informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
